This data file contains reading and math, achievement data of all children, including children with disabilities, the performance results of children with disabilities on regular assessments, alternate assessments based on grade-level academic achievement standards, alternate assessments based on modified academic achievement standards and alternate assessments aligned with alternate academic achievement standards.

District Profile Report for Students with Disabilities

The District Profile Report (DPR) system contains Local Education Agency (LEA), State Performance Plan (SPP)/Annual Performance Report (APR) data for Indicators 1-14. There are two sides to the system, a General Public View and District View. The General Public View does not require a login and password and can be accessed by anyone. The data in this view is masked to meet the requirements of FERPA.

The District View requires a login and password and can only be accessed with the login and password. This data is not masked therefore a login and password is required. LEA staff will only be able to access the data for their own respective LEA.

District Data

In accordance with the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA) at 34 CFR § 300.602(b)(1)(A), the State must annually report to the public on the performance of each school district located in the State on the targets in the State’s performance plan as soon as practicable but no later than 120 days following the State’s submission of its annual performance report. The reports are listed by district and include the district’s progress or slippage in meeting the targets, for each applicable indicator.

It is important to note that in accordance with the IDEA at 34 CFR § 300.602(b)(3), States are not allowed to report to the public any information on performance that would result in the disclosure of personally identifiable information about individual children, or where the available data are insufficient to yield statistically reliable information.

District Profile Report for Students with Disabilities

The Special Education Division has developed a District Profile Report (DPR) system where the DPR data will be made available starting with school year 2017-2018. There are two sides to the system, a General Public View and District View. The General Public View does not require a login and password and can be accessed by anyone.
