New Mexico Public Education Department, Office of Special Education is pleased to announce that the application for the Hard-to-Staff Pay Differential Phase I is now open as of today, August 15, 2024. This opportunity is designed to offer pay differentials to incentivize and retain certified special education professionals in positions that have remained vacant or have experienced high turnover.

- Submission Method: Applications must be completed and submitted via the Hard to Staff online application.
