The College and Career Readiness Bureau administers state funding to secondary and postsecondary institutions that prioritize career technical education (CTE) students pursuing pathways in non-traditional fields. The term “non-traditional fields” refers to high skill career fields in which individuals from one gender comprise less than 25% of those employed in that field of work.
