NMPED is once again offering an opportunity for educators to engage with other educators across New Mexico in developing their awareness and implementation of accelerated learning practices. NMPED, in collaboration with SchoolKit and TNTP partners, will offer the following Communities of Practice in the fall and spring semesters. Individuals can earn up to $500 for each fall and spring semester Community of Practice that they are accepted to participate in. - K-5 ELA Community of Practice

- K-12 High-Quality ELA Curricular Writing Community of Practice
- K-12 Cross-Curricular Writing Community of Practice
- 6-8 Science Community of Practice
- 9-12 Science Community of Practice
NMPED will also offer a School and System Leaders Community of Practice that is intended to help school and district administrators deepen their understanding of accelerated learning strategies to address learning loss through an equitable approach. School and district administrators can earn a $1,000 stipend for participating in this Community of Practice. ALL New Mexico Districts, Schools, State Charters, Tribal Education Department (TED), Tribally Controlled Schools and Bureau of Indian Education (BIE) are welcome to apply for FREE professional development offerings that align systems and build capacity to implement the New Mexico Instructional Scope, Accelerated Learning Practices, NMPED’s Multi-Layered System of Supports & High Dosage Tutoring!
