This is support for technical setup pertaining to the initial implementation of Canvas (i.e. Authentication, Data Provisioning, SIS integration, Branding, etc.)

All NM Canvas educators have Tier 1, 24/7 Technical Support via phone or chat. To access, click on the ? (question mark) in the bottom right-hand corner of your Canvas Global Navigation bar. Then, click on Chat with Canvas Support to chat or call the toll-free number (877-314-9214) under Canvas Support Hotline.
Training, professional development and consulting will either be set up or completed by a dedicated NM Canvas Principal Learning Consultant. Each Canvas district/school in New Mexico has one, either Teryn Odom or Erin McConnell. To request a service, please complete this form.
