  • The CTE Leadership Workshop 2024, is scheduled for January 17-19, 2024, offering a mix of in-person and virtual training sessions, including grant management and programs of study, to deepen understanding in CTE (details on pages 1-2).
  • Pathway2Careers (P2C) and Careers2Communities (C2C) provide extensive career exploration resources for educators and students, with over 500 online lessons connecting math skills to high-value careers, available for free to all New Mexico schools (page 3).
  • Advanced Placement (AP)® courses offer college-level work in high school, with potential college credit upon successful exam completion; resources and professional learning support are available through the NM AP Canvas Resource Center (page 4).
  • New Mexico’s innovative Early College High School (ECHS) programs offer students a blend of high school and college education, enabling them to earn college credits and certifications alongside their high school diplomas, preparing them for the workforce and bolstering the local economy.   • Join NMPED and College Board on Jan. 18 for the virtual AP Winter Workshops to support professional learning for all New Mexico Advanced Placement educators.
