2018/2019 Instructional Material Annual Reports –
Due October 15, 2019
- WHEN: All school districts, state and local charters, state supported schools, and private and BIE schools must submit an annual report to the Instructional Material Bureau no later than October 15, 2019.
- FORMAT: Download the form by clicking on the appropriate link below:
- INSTRUCTIONS: Review the instructions by clicking on the appropriate link below and register for one of the scheduled webinars (within the instructions).
- COMPLETE: Fill in all the information in the required fields on each of the three tabs – Annual Report, Itemized List, and CLR Report.
- SUBMIT: The completed annual report (all three tabs completed) must be e-mailed by October 15, 2019 to email@example.com. In the subject line put FY19_IMB Annual Report_district/school name. For example: FY19_IMB Annual Report_Bridges Charter School.
