The Licensure Bureau Has Gone Virtual

Would you like to view/download or print your license? Change your name or address? Create your virtual account by clicking “Register” at NMPED Online Licensure Portal . Once your virtual account is created, log in and select “My Licenses” from the navigation pane, and you will see a PDF of your license(s) that you can download and print.   For further instructions, please refer to the following guide.

Notarized Statement for Unused Years Request Form

**This form is to be completed if you did not teach for 1 to 5 years on your Level 1 Teaching license (not to be used for Alternative Extensions). 

**This form must be completed by both parties (you and your HR/School Administrator) and must be notarized at the district/charter level.
