ONLINE APPLICATION PROCESSING FEES
- Initial and Renewal Support Provider License – $50
- Substitute Teachers, Educational Assistant, School Health Assistant, and Native Language/Cultural Certificate
- Initial and Renewal Athletic Coach and Attendance Coach Licenses – $35
- Initial Teacher and Instructional Support Provider Licenses – $150
- Renewal Teacher and Instructional Support Provider Licenses – $120
- Teachers [same level] and Instructional Support Providers
- Initial and Renewal Support Provider License – $50
NOTE: If you are renewing a level 2 or 3 expired license (expired for more than a year), you will be required to submit a New (Initial) Online Application, meet current licensure requirements and submit a $150 processing fee
- Initial Administrator License – $150
- Renewal Administrator license – $130
- Adding an Endorsement(s) to a Teaching License – $120
(Two or more applications may be submitted for the price of one. The higher application fee will be due.)

- Background check through Cogent – $44
